found a ddr supernova cab at a mall today, got to jam out for the first time in waaaaay too long...kinda sad it's not well taken care of, but at least it works
good cardio warmup, building to hiit, with some pushups and situps thrown in for some flavor
I have no gym to go to but I did a few knuckle-pushups today on a soft and wobbly surface. It's a lot harder than it sounds, but I am glad I managed to do 40 while the others who attempted only could do two.
Did my typical lifting routine but only 10 minutes of cardio, because I went to the gym later than expected, and it closes early on the weekends.
