website that was so small, you could identify people based on (a) time of day, (b) posting style, (c) themes/topics

and you dont even need to look at the name to know what personality is there
hmm ...

Then clearly one would have to adopt different posting styles and talking points based on the very predictable personality shifts that occur over the course of their day. Then they could start discussions with themselves and, to the outside observe without access to IP logs, it would appear as if there were even more posters on the site then there actually are!

Well, at least one person on this site thinks s/h/it can identify combinations of typical times of day for posting, recognizable styles, and themes-slash-topics and then convincing s/h/itself that these are distinct people. This type of fallacious thought can certainly occur to those who are so naïve (look, I've marked myself, just like a dog pissing on its own legs!) as to not consider ways in which their methods fail.

Hog's Log
Day 255
They still continue to fail to realize is that we're actually 30-50 feral hogs under a trenchcoat, posting on the Internet and pretending to be three distinct posters because we're stalking the six or seven dogs under a different trenchcoat who're playing some kind of a fucking "VIPPER identity" police. Serious business all in all.

As a government agent, I'm instructed to read up on so-called pseudosciences that were deliberately kept away from the public eye. It is currently within my duties to conduct my own research on a number of them and verify claims made by modern researchers. Among all that I'm asked to learn to read people's faces with astrological physiognomy and create profiles on people identified as potential threats to our national security based on their birth charts. Since I have some social media data available at my fingertips, here's what I'm able to share:
people with similar moon signs tend to befriend each other
Fire moons tend to be taller, more masculinized and status oriented, but also more autistic, Air moons have the biggest share of political commentators on the right wing, Water and Earth moons like to pretend to stay moderate and are the most socialized individuals, they prefer to stay within the system and cooperate
Jupiter transits control the lives of most people to an unreasonable extent (most responsible for trends)
Certain Mars signs are also overrepresented on the far-right, including Aries, Cancer, Virgo and Scorpio
Also it seems that there is a huge difference between how astrology was conducted in the ancient times versus today. It is sadly ignored by most scholars that astronomical computers in the ancient Rome were specifically designed for astrological forecasts to help high level officials in their long-term decision making. It was a scientific discipline where claims about star constellations were made to be falsifiable.
