If he hadn't posted it, then the statement "everyone who has posted or will post in this thread is a panda" would not have been made, and there would be no claims for or against his pandaness. Thus the subject of >>22's pandaness would be an entirely moot point.

However, he did post it, and he falls into either one or the other of his own criteria. Therefore, he is calling himself a panda as well.
