SAoVQ sold out to the man, maaaaan. I liked them back when they were playing out of their mom's basement, way before any of you posers even knew they existed.

savoq's golden days were definitely the late 90s.
I founded SAoVQ back in the 50's. You're all new.
But it was the continuation of Daddycool and the VIPettes, a group popular in the early 30's who split apart after an accident involving a tour bus and large quantities of Valium killed 5 members.

Perhaps you got in during the forties. I, however, clearly remember how we had to kick Daddy Cool Sr.'s ass to the curb for being obnoxious to the VIPPER cats, back before the war.
SAoVQ wasn't better when it was underground, dammit. SAoVQ changed over time. It EVOLVED. The SAoVQ of today has PASSION, THRILL and GUSTO whilst the SAoVQ of yesteryears lacked COURAGE and MANLINESS.
THIS IS THE KEY TO VICTORY.

That's exactly what's wrong with it. It used to just be about chilling out and doing whatever and totally relaxing. Now it's all about how "HOT-BLOODED TOP ACTION MANSTAR" you can be, like they're just trying to keep up with the kids.
