I can't choose between the two. After beating 2, I was expecting 1 to be a lot worse, but it held up way better than I expected. The games have a great sense of adventure and I love how all the systems (leveling, stat boosting, magic, equipment durability, etc) aren't typical to your normal JRPG. Yeah, I think I just like SaGa games because they're weird and different.

The SaGa team is working on THE LAST REMNANT and I'm frothing for that game so bad. I wish there wasn't that timed exclusive crap for the 360 though ('A` )
