It was suggested in #VIPCHAT that there be a countdown timer at the top of the textboard, counting down until the next chat, such as the one on the #VIPCHAT countdown page.
Does everyone agree, or do we want to keep them separate?

I prefer the latter, because then we might as well merge SAoVQ, #VIPCHAT Countdown, and #tweets4vip, and scrap the hot.vipper.co.ck plan.
