I'm not 21st Century Vocaloid Boy, but it sounds like Hatsune Miku with some audio effects thrown on to make her sound a little different.

The boy is Len and the female parts are from his "sister", Rin. She just doesn't sound that different from Miku (or from Len) when you're not very proficient with the Vocaloid editor (you have to babelfish some of the documentation for it, then to make them sing only with Japanese phonemes, with an interface that is a serious pain to use...)
