SOLUTION:
Wakeup at a specific time. Doesn't matter if you only sleep 6 hours, that'll make you tired, and tired is good for sleeping.
Keep going to bed late yet waking up early = more tired = wanting to go to bed earlier = MISSION COMPLETE.
You'll feel like crap for days but then you'll get more time to Boon before it gets too dark, and Booning at 1am doesn't make for great fun unless you're with friends.
I wish I had friends. ;_;
