It takes an effort at first, let me tell you. But finally throwing off the shackles of insecurity feels amazing when you eventually do.
Look at it from the perspective of savoring yourself and your identity without being burdened by the chaotic, infinite mix of supposed assumptions from without. Try to realize that every pair of eyes you become worried about is another imagined spotlight upon yourself that singles you out in the entire world.
First off, there's only actually a very, very small amount of people who will see you, and of that there could be many who would not judge you unfairly. Secondly, they will not think of you for longer than the time you are in their sight, and even at that you will most likely be ignored shortly after you are initially spotted. Thirdly, you and they are separate physical entities. You are not being held against your will and ridiculed as you sit helplessly. You are one in billions - if this fact makes you feel worthless, then at least believe you can have a little enjoyment in this short life by doing what you really want!
In other words, VIPPER, bu-n to your heart's content!
