If you were wearing a skirt and had to poop in a public bathroom, how would you undress your bottom half? If you pull the skirt down, you have to touch the skirt to the ground, but if you bunch up the skirt to your waist, you run the risk of accidentally dipping the skirt into the toilet, or worse, wiping poop on your skirt before you've had a chance to wipe.
