No he does not. The moment the post officially appeared on the page is when the post was posted, yes? In his statement he says everyone who HAS POSTED. We can assume this means every post PRIOR to the time of the post, and so he obviously is not a panda in that regard. Likewise, in the second statement he says that anyone who WILL post in this thread is in fact a panda. This, once again, says that any post IN THE FUTURE after the point in time in which he posted is by a panda. Thus, >>22-san is the only nonpanda in this thread; however, he is infinitely close to being a panda.
