First, I'll start using a name in this thread to make things less confusing. I encourage the others to do the same. We need to start understanding who's who and doing what.

I am still interested and I think everyone still is. However I hate IRC, so if it becomes the sort of channel where people idle all the time and reply to messages five hours later, I won't be there.

I can't draw at all, but I could help with miscellaneous graphics stuff, like drawing interface elements, or tracing a nicer font with the tool the op mentioned.

I can help writing some scenes, but English is my second language so I'm slow. Do you think we're all mature enough to handle writing collaboratively directly on the wiki? So long as we revert and boot off people who don't understand the direction we've agreed on, I think we can make it work.
