I enjoy these moments every month when, after intensive cleaning of my toaster using large amounts of water, I turn it on and the remaining water evaporates and there's soooo much smoke.
I enter my school forum, and in the IMPORTANT!!! ALL GROUPS section there's a new thread, so I click it. You know what was so important? These people want to bring laptops to the physics lecture and play damn Quake rather than listen about applications of physics in real life (want to execute a nerd-revenger on somebody? Spill a little tar on his car). I am really angry.
I am also alone with both of my flat-mates gone and this is a reason to make a third post today.

I am so lonely without my significant other. I have no idea what to do with myself.
Good night, VIPPER, I've had a good day today, a rarity these days.
Would VIPPER recommend me a good text to practice my kana on tomorrow's boring two-hour emergency training?
>>769
If you're willing to do some mental gymnastics try making a memory palace for them. Matteo Ricci wrote that the Han characters are ideal for them.
>>764
Please explain this "spill tar on his car". I do not understand it.
I maeded poopay.
There was a story here, but I deleted it because I liked it too much.
I MISS YOU
>>771
If you can't find the hidden boards, you're not VIP QUALITY.
To the Japanese speaking VIPPERs here (seems like most of us):
I've mastered hiragana, and it'll take me about a week to learn katakana (and about one week more to use it freely like hiragana). I also know some basic Japanese syntax and grammar, but I don't know any kanji. What does VIPPER recommend to do now, start learning grammar extensively, or learn some basic kanji, and take up grammar a bit laterH
>>780
I personally left Kanji to be the last thing just because it is the least important. Once you have an understanding of everything else it won't leave you and you can actively communicate/understand things. Kanji is all memorization.
>>780
Grammar -> Kanji -> Advanced Grammar + Kanji
That basically sums up where I am.
We really need a Japanese language thread. I would like to practice and learn with other VIPPERs. It would make it a lot more appealing and enticing for me.
visiting for the first time todahis year...
This week sucked and so will the next one.
This week has been pretty good for me so far, buy yeah, next week will suck. But that's ok, I haven't had a bad week in a while so I'm due for one.

Welcome to SAoVQ, the premier area for secrecy and VIP quality. We offer countless amenities to the discerning internet poster, including AA, booning, and an on-site tanasinn chamber.
God why do I waste my time posting and lurking on this terrible web cite.
I'm visting for the second time today but I'm posting anyway and skewing the statistics!
I wish I could turn into Rei
I hate spring. I hate it even more than I hate summer.
ALSO, to the sweet VIPPER who cared about me and K. Contact me and I'll send you a photo of K, okay?
(I trust you, VIPPERS, but I don't trust people that might stray here, so I can't post it on SAoVP, oh no!).

I thought about it, but no I can't bring myself to do it.
I can give my contact info for a cookie, but not for a picture of some girl.
You could always make a thread and post 4-5 pictures of random girls and mix K's picture in there somewhere. That way we will all have seen her, but we just don't know which one she is, so we can't stalk her.
800GOT
800HAVINGBEENGOTTEN I feel as if I have missed a great opportunity.
oh no someone will have to make a new thread very soon.
Who stole the quality?
I feel empty and want to die (because its winter).

I'm here too
I have achieved QUALITY by shielding myself and my konpyuta screen from the sun using a blanket!
I finally got my EEE. It's lovely.

901. I'm going to put some Lunix on it as soon as I format the battery.
Hm. The Windows battery metre seems to be broken.
>>813
other other eeeVIPPER here, using the 1000h
running Easy Peasy 1.1 (gay name for the Hard Fail) was much less fail as eeeubuntu
i hear windows users complain about slowness
i've 2 gb ram and am always running thunderbird, firefox, at least 2 terminals, pidgen, vlc and oo spreadsheet
while not blazing fast, i'm not waiting or complaining either
the right tool for the right job always helps
eeeVIPPER here, I use mine for mainly text bbs's and starcrafts.
701 first generation, i spent $500 on it at launch...
I want to become an eeeVIPPER. I want to buy the "1000HE" model. But I can't really justify the price in my life right now.
i am eeeVIPPER >>812, 701 model with a 2GB RAM expansion.
I recommend making an n-lited version of Windows XP.
Also try running
-Anachronox
-ePSXe
-eeeCTL (control tool which allows you to overclock the processor and run the fans faster, it'll give you a little more ooomph).
YES I have charged the battery over-night. It it time to put on Xubanto.
>819
>-ePSXe
That happens to be one of the two reasons I got myself an EEE.

YES! I am VIPPING from my EEE!
Newegg has some really good external hard drives that work well with netbooks. Seagate makes this one model, it's like 80 dollars, it's the size of maybe a small stack of index cards, holds 320 GB, and is powered by one USB port (which it also uses for transfer)
>>824
That's cool and all, but I am not planning to expand the available disk. I want to go kosher with 12GB.
I wish I was serious about something in my life.
I will sue you for damages!
I unplug my mouse every time I leave my computer. That's weird, isn't it?
That is very weird. May I ask why you do such a thing?
As for me, I turn off the power strip every time I leave my computer for a long time in order to cut down on my electric bill and save the environment, I guess. It saves me a bit of money. iLΝMj
Or maybe it's the light on the mouse that does something; but then I left it plugged a few times, and I noticed no difference.
The narrator of ``Take a Letter, Maria'' by R. B. Greaves is kind of a sleazy dude. He's telling his secretary to draw up divorce papers and then hitting on her? Jeez.
4.30-7.00AM has to be my favourite part of the day. Everything's so bright and happy, and the sun isn't shining in my eyes yet.
>>835
It's pissing down rain here, so we don't have any bright and happy sunlight. Though, it's kinda relaxing.
>>835 I'd agree if it weren't that I usually find myself having to go to bed and then wake up a few hours later when I realize the time.
>>835
Oh man this is so true! I love that early morning. Birds, chirping, nice overcast!

Love that Dag, Dag, Dag
We gave that crone a stroke

I have an operating systems exam tomorrow, but I think I'll rather set up ePSXe on my EEE, so I could play Castlevania on a lecture tomorrow. I think that's a good plan. Castlevania is always a good plan.
>>832
I refuse to let my near-silent laptop do anything overnight. If the download cannot complete before bedtime, it will have to wait until tomorrow.

Someone should explain why there exist so many blogs about personal food habits, with pictures of the food; and the raising of cats, and why they're all Japanese.
