Mouse vipper here. I poured five gallons of bleach over everything in my kitchen and put out a bunch of traps baited with peanut butter. I thought that maybe the thing had left because all the turds were old and because I tore through everything not only in my kitchen but also in other parts of my house and didn't see him.

A while ago, my landlady informed me that two girls from my college had moved into the cottage in the back lot of my apartment. I was the only other college kid living here, so I thought it would be good if I could make friends with them.
Fast-forward to last night: I was coming home and parked in the spot right next their cottage since all the other spots were taken. (Parking is just first-come first-served since it's a pretty small apartment.) As I was getting out my stuff, from the backseat, I turned and saw one of the girls staring at me from their window, frowning. She said something to the other girl, and she turned and began staring too, looking at me as if I were the neighborhood creeper. I gave them a friendly wave as I pulled out my laundry basket, on top of which was a large stuffed sheep. A picture of innocence, no?
Apparently not. Instead of waving back, they continued staring and murmuring to each other, looking as if they were trying to decide whether to call the police or chase me away with baseball bats. Hostility activates my shy mode, so I immediately turned away and hurried back to my apartment feeling sheepish, hoping they were just unhappy because they felt like I took their parking spot. More probably they just thought I was creepy. (´Д｀)
